    To Source your own 'Self' worth, is to remember the origin of "what you are." When you close your eyes, you are not physical, yet you can 'feel' a Presence with-IN you. It observes the world through your eyes, and is waiting to merge with you.     If BEing on earth is all about 'living the experience, ' we realize later on, that what we did, or knew, was what we understood at that time. We can always look back and see how we could have done something differently. Having compassion for ourselves is what embracing any situation teaches us. And that is what we need to remember when we create misunderstandings. It is about BEcoming vulnerable to leave one's comfort zone to grow ~ withIN.

And in the beginning and the end, it all comes back to how intimate you are with your-Self.

    One may hear some "clever" minds out there replying, "I am not like that", or "my mind does not work that way", or "I only have wholesome and positive thoughts", or even better, "I am too busy 'living' to bother with these questions".

    Young people have discovered a variety of coping mechanisms for dealing with all the negative information they must think about and reflect on. One of the most powerful coping mechanisms comes from an unlikely source, personal spirituality. Though the under 30 age group is the least likely to attend a traditional church on a typical Sunday morning, greater numbers of them adults are exploring spirituality on their own.

    How to listen and BE with yourself. If you feel discomfort emotionally or physically upon awakening, identify the feeling, and the location. Give it a name. It is a part of you that wants to speak to you. Just BE with it.

    You open a space for things to come to you that you might not know will happen. You can prepare the space by stating aloud, three things you are thankful for. Then take a deep breath and say to your Self, "Something wonderful is coming to me this day, and I am open to receive it." It could be anything... A smile... A phone call from someone you haven't heard from etc. You can also set the intention to complete something that needs to be done. The point: Begin your day expecting good things to occur!

    Falling out of love is a misperception when most people have a fantasy about their partner. How often do people truly connect from who they are? Relationships are an opportunity to BEcome intimate with your 'Self, ' in order to embrace your 'self.'
